Sanitation Best Practices
Scientists and medical experts worldwide are working on a vaccine to safeguard against COVID-19. However, we understand that until then, the threat to our health still exists in our communities. The united efforts we have taken to slow the spread – cleaning surfaces, limiting skin to skin contact, maintaining distance, and wearing face masks- have all played a huge part in reopening our communities. Thus, even when we do start to host and attend events, we still must be diligent in our health safety practices.
Nemacolin Woodlands, a beautiful world class resort in Farmington, Pennsylvania offers lodging, dining, golfing, spa packages, ski lifts, event spaces, and many other activities. Every associate is trained on COVID-19 safety and disinfection protocols, required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and must follow strict hand-washing guidelines. They follow CDC guidelines to make sure that all guest rooms are cleaned prior to arrival, and even provide a safety goodie basket to keep you safe on property. Furthermore, associates and guests alike will have their temperature checked upon entry to their facility.
Party Rentals LTD. servicing clients on the East Coast, offers portable Electric Hand Sinks that can be placed virtually anywhere within 50 feet of a water source, making it perfect for outdoor and tented events. Event Source, servicing clients in Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Pennsylvania and Florida, offers a Sink Hand Rinsing Station that can hold a maximum of 50 gallons of cold water and is delivered with paper towels and a full soap dispenser.
Your Health, Our Masks
As we move forward with events, it will be expected for service staff and attendees to wear masks. Disposable masks aren’t the most aesthetically pleasing, so consider purchasing Mosaic masks that match your color palette, theme, or represent your company! Mosaic is happy to offer masks for sale for everyday use and special occasions! Our masks are machine-washable (cool cycle). We have pleated versions with wire nose piece and elastic ear loops, as well as our piped line which have spandex ear loops. They all are lined in cotton. Our masks are not medical grade, but will help stop the spread. One size is available and fits most adults. For sanitary purposes, there are no refunds or returns on masks. Minimum order is 2 dozen, and we require a 10 day lead time.

What is most important is that we are all doing our best to keep each other safe and healthy by focusing on sanitation best practices, no matter how it is accomplished! Set up a basic cleaning station with hand sanitizer, gloves, disinfectant wipes, and/or soap & water.
