My experience with Mosaic was wonderful. The website was easy to use. I found just what I was looking for, as well as additional ideas from their gallery. Once I contacted via email, they were prompt and thorough. They even provided suggestions of other products that might enhance my original order! The swatches were fantastic. Delivery was right on time. Packaging was impeccable - no ironing was needed. Return was simple. The runners and napkins I rented really made my event pop. Great customer service. Even though I completely forgot about the linens because I had so much stuff to do for my daughter's wedding, I received a reminder call to pick them up with accommodations for after hours.
